Long Arm Quilting Services Policy

We are dedicated to providing high-quality edge-to-edge long-arm quilting services. In order to ensure the best possible experience and outcome for your quilting projects, please review the following policies carefully:

Supplies and Timeliness

• Batting and backing fabric must be purchased or provided at the time of drop-off to ensure there are no delays in completing your quilt.
• While we make every effort to complete your project within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed if there are any significant changes to the timeline.

Quilt Preparation

• The quilt top will be quilted as it is provided to us. Please ensure that the quilt top is clean, well-pressed, and squared to avoid challenges during the quilting process.
• Batting must be at least 8 inches larger than the quilt top in both width and height. For example, if your quilt top measures 60" x 80", your batting must be at least 68" x 88" to allow for proper loading on our long-arm machine.
• Backing fabric must also be at least 8 inches larger than the quilt top in both width and height. For example, for a quilt top measuring 60" x 80", your backing fabric must be at least 68" x 88". If your backing has seams, ensure they are well-pressed and run horizontally across the quilt to avoid disruptions during quilting.

Thread Selection

• All thread used for your quilt must be selected and purchased from our shop at the time of drop-off. Any remaining thread on the spool(s) will be returned to you along with your completed quilt.
• Should we run out of thread during the quilting process, additional thread will be used as needed, and the cost will be added to your final invoice. You will be notified if this occurs.

• We offer a variety of quilting patterns for you to choose from. You can browse the available patterns here.
• If you do not find a pattern you like, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will work with you to find or create something you’ll love.

Quilting Pricing

• At the time of drop-off, we will provide an estimate for the quilting service. This estimate may change if additional materials or services are required during the quilting process.
• Pricing is based on the measurements of your quilt top and the price per square inch of the chosen quilting pattern.
• Our pricing starts from 1.5 cents and goes up to 4.0 cents per square inch, depending on the complexity of the quilting pattern you choose.
• As an example if your quilt top is 80” x 90” and you pick a 2.0 cent per square inch pattern we would do this equation to calculate the price: 80 x 90 x 0.02 = $144
